Electricity tariffs for Ukrainians will rise to 6.5-7 hryvnias per kilowatt-hour by 2025, said the head of the Union of Consumer Services Oleg Popenko. He also predicts further tariff increases to 8-9 hryvnias over the next two to three years. These data were confirmed by representatives of the energy companies DTEK and YASNO, as well as by MP Nahorniak.
According to the expert, the government's promises to maintain tariffs only apply to heating, hot water, and gas services. All other utility services are not covered by the law adopted in 2022.
