Head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov addressed the civilian residents of temporarily occupied Crimea with a warning. He warned that the recent strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on military facilities in Crimea may be the beginning of more serious actions. Chubarov urged Crimeans to be concerned about their safety, especially those living near Russian military facilities. He also emphasized that the liberation of Crimea from Russian occupation is inevitable.
Last night, an attack on Crimea began. Explosions occurred near Feodosia and Kerch. Local residents reported seven explosions in Kerch and several in Feodosia. Witnesses saw flashes over the Black Sea and heard sounds of anti-aircraft systems in operation. Around 00:50, traffic across the Crimean Bridge was temporarily stopped due to a drone attack. The 'Saki' airfield in Novofyodorivka also became a target of the attack. Explosions occurred in Sevastopol, Saki, Vuhlovoe, Novofyodorivka, Dzhankoi, and Feodosia, and other military facilities were also under attack.
The attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on military facilities in Crimea can have serious consequences for peaceful residents, especially for those living near such facilities. Chubarov urged residents of Crimea to ensure their safety and consider the possibility of evacuation from dangerous zones.
