CNN: Russia is preparing a new offensive against Ukraine, the target may be Kyiv.

Russian troops are preparing for an offensive in eastern Ukraine
Russian commanders are planning to create significant military forces to seize new territories in eastern Ukraine. This is reported by American intelligence services citing CNN.
“Putin will try to seize any territory he can, up to the outskirts of Kyiv,” quotes one source a U.S. official.
According to information from two U.S. officials who have access to intelligence assessments, preparations for a possible offensive are taking place amid acute manpower shortages. At the same Time, Ukraine is successfully using drones and minefields to deter Russia.
Tension on the front line
Russian troops are massing along the front line for a possible new offensive into Ukrainian territory. Despite the Russian army's advantage in human resources, the situation remains tense due to the exhausting war between the sides.
“The Russians are making every possible effort to get everything they can,” cited a state official in the second source.
It should also be noted that there is currently no confirmed information regarding possible actions by North Korea in Ukraine.
Preparing for a possible Russian invasion in eastern Ukraine poses a serious threat to the international community. The deployment of large military forces could lead to a new outbreak of violence and escalation of a conflict that has been ongoing for many years. Ukraine is actively working at the diplomatic level to resolve the situation and maintain peace on its territory.
