Data in 'Reserve+' recognized as illegal: court sided with the conscript in a dispute with the TCC.

Court ruling on the inclusion of data in the register of conscripts
The Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court issued a ruling in a case concerning the inclusion of information in the register of conscripts. A man challenged the actions of the Territorial Center for Recruitment, which were carried out without compiling an official protocol.
As a result of the court proceedings, it was established that no official protocol was compiled, therefore the very fact of violating the military registration rules cannot be grounds for including data in the register. The court confirmed that the absence of an official document makes it impossible to resolve this situation.
'The inclusion of the plaintiff's data in the register violated his rights,' the court emphasized in its ruling.
The court also obliged the TCC to exclude unconfirmed information from the register of conscripts. This decision will come into force in April 2025.
Revocation of rights by the TCC
It is important to remember that drivers may be deprived of their rights at the request of the TCC. It is essential to adhere to the law and procedures in such matters.
