It is no longer a secret. Citizens of China have fallen into Ukrainian captivity: Russian "war correspondents" were surprised by the reaction.

In Russian Telegram channels, read by thousands of people, fake news about captured Chinese citizens in Ukraine is spreading - reports the informational website 'Glavkom'.
One of the channels called 'Usel связi' asserts that the information provided by the President of Ukraine is false. They cite the 'lack of documents'.
The Security Service of Ukraine published photographs of documents of captured Chinese citizens. A photo of a Chinese citizen's passport was published on 'Glavkom'. Additionally, a post with a photo of a Chinese passport was found on the site, which might belong to an individual who was captured or killed by Ukrainian military forces.
Another resource called 'Release the KrakenZ!' attempts to refute the information provided by Volodymyr Zelensky, calling it disinformation. However, they simultaneously confirm the information about the involvement of Chinese citizens in the war on the territory of Ukraine.
On April 8, Zelensky published a video with one of the Chinese citizens who was captured by Ukrainian military forces. According to Zelensky, this may indicate China's involvement in the war against Ukraine.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China is investigating information about captured Chinese citizens. They state that China is urging its citizens to avoid armed conflict zones and not to interfere in them. It is reported that Ukraine's claims about the increasing number of Chinese citizens participating in the war are unfounded.
Earlier, Russia rejected the statement about the presence of Chinese nationals in its forces as a temporally expected response.
