The UK Defence Minister John Healey states that NATO and the UK are facing a complex challenge posed by Russian aggression.
He made this statement in a brief interview with Ukrinform.
'Russia's military aggression and its aggression in a broader sense is one of the major challenges faced by NATO as a whole and the UK as an important member of the Alliance,' Healey said in response to a question about the military threat from Russia and plans to protect his son's country, who, noticing the Russian invasion of Ukraine, decided to join the army reserve as an infantryman.'
'This is the primary reason why NATO is reviewing its plans to protect its borders, taking measures to enhance deterrence, and providing greater support to Ukraine,' Healey emphasized.
