When can a reservation be canceled and who will be required to appear before the TCC: a lawyer's explanation of the new requirements.

Ukrainians who are military conscripts during martial law can receive a mobilization deferral provided by employer reservations. This option is available for employees of critically important enterprises that meet certain criteria, said military lawyer Mykhailo Lobunko.
Reservations can be obtained by men and women aged 25 to 60 who work for companies that have the status of critical importance and cooperate with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense. Additional requirements include having military registration data and the absence of a search for the person applying for reservation.
To check a reservation, one can use the 'Reserve+' application or obtain the relevant certificate from the employer. This document must be carried to be presented upon request at the checkpoint.
Reservation: what is important to know
The terms and conditions of reservations depend on the ownership structure of the enterprise. State enterprises provide reservations for the entire period of the employee's work, whereas for private companies, the reservation may be canceled if the enterprise loses its critical importance status.
Due to reservations from mobilization, individuals selected by the employer can continue working during martial law, complying with the requirements and conditions established by law.
