The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to carry out a reform of the territorial recruitment centers, which involves significant changes in their structure and subordination. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Havryliuk during the hour of questions to the government.
According to him, the plan is to transfer the Territorial Recruitment Centers under the full subordination of the Ministry of Defense instead of the current subordination to the Ground Forces. The reform also foresees the creation of new structural divisions that will be responsible for mobilization activities.
This significant transformation of the military commissariat system will become one of the most important in the Ministry of Defense system. It is expected that these changes will allow for the optimization of mobilization processes and improve the overall efficiency of the territorial recruitment centers.
