The Occupants' Offensive Near Kupiansk: British Intelligence Assessed the Danger.

Russian invaders are attacking north of Kupiansk and have already reached the Oskil River. This information comes from British intelligence, which refers to intelligence data on Twitter.
According to intelligence, Russian troops continue to expand south of Kupiansk, moving to the eastern bank of the Oskil River and disrupting the logistics lines of Ukrainian forces.
The Russian military group south of Kupiansk continues to grow and concentrates its pressure on Ukrainian forces in the area.
Local residents of Kupiansk and neighboring areas have already been evacuated. About 4,000 citizens remain, whereas previously 27,000 people lived there.
According to intelligence, Kupiansk is an important transportation hub and logistics center, making it of great strategic significance. Ukrainian forces managed to regain control of the city in September 2022.
It should be noted that on November 13, Russian troops managed to break into the outskirts of Kupiansk and land their airborne forces. However, they were successfully repelled.
'Russian troops were unable to remain in the city, and the next day the situation in Kupiansk was under control,' reported Andriy Besedin, head of the Kupiansk City Military Administration.
