PrivatBank, Oschad, PUMB: banks have sharply reduced the number of branches.


In 2024, the number of bank branches decreased by 127 offices or 2.47% - to 5011. This was reported by the Financial Club, citing data from the National Bank.
The largest number of branches was accounted for by the state-owned Oschadbank - 1150 (-32 branches over the year). The second place is taken by the state-owned PrivatBank with 1107 branches (-25).
In addition to them, branches were closed by the following banks: Credit Agricole Bank (-14), Kominvestbank (-10), Poltava-bank (-9), Kominbank (-9), Raiffeisen Bank Aval (-7), Ukrgasbank (-6), Uksibbank (-5), RVS Bank (-5).
The number of branches slightly decreased in 12 banks.
In the networks of 28 banks, the number of branches remained unchanged.
Over the year, the number of branches increased in 12 banks: Akordbank (+6), Radabank (+3), Asvio Bank (+3), MTB Bank (+2), PUMB (+2), Globus Bank (+2), Kristalbank (+2), Piraeus Bank MCB (+1), Credit Dnipro Bank (+1), Sens Bank (+1), Clearing House Bank (+1), Agroprosperis Bank (+1).
