You can no longer just exchange: PrivatBank has introduced new rules for exchanging dollars.

PrivatBank has introduced a new service - automatic exchange of foreign currency without a commission directly at ATMs. Customers can now easily exchange dollars or euros for hryvnias at ATM-Recyclers.
After depositing foreign currency, the ATM will dispense hryvnias without the need for accounts, using the bank's internal exchange rate. However, there are limitations - a customer can exchange no more than one thousand dollars or euros per transaction.
ATM Usage Rules
PrivatBank reminds that cards left or seized by customers are not returned. In case of card loss, the owner must contact the bank for recovery.
