Jobs in Poland for Ukrainians: who is being sought and how much do employers pay.

The international employment agency Gremi Personal predicts the most popular professions in Poland until 2025.
According to the analytical center, the labor market will create opportunities for both unskilled and highly skilled workers.
According to the forecast, the largest number of job openings that do not require qualifications and knowledge of the Polish language will be in warehouses, especially in branded clothing, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Salaries for these workers will range from $1100 to $1400 per month.
Experts are particularly focused on the growing role of women in traditionally 'male' professions. Specifically, the position of forklift operator has become one of the most popular among female workers.
There is also an increasing demand for highly skilled specialists in the market.
The most popular professions will include managers with analytical skills, sales specialists, financiers, and accountants. For these positions, knowledge of the Polish language is mandatory, and salaries will range from $3500 to $4000.
'The modern market requires specialists with analytical thinking and the ability to quickly adapt,' emphasizes Lilia Tereshchenko, vice president of Gremi Personal.
Experts also note the growing automation of production processes, which eases the physical burden on workers and creates new challenges for the development of professional skills.
