The occupiers are carrying out terrorist attacks on Ukraine, particularly in the Odesa region, using a new unmanned aerial vehicle 'Banderolet'. The technical specifications of this UAV are still unknown, but it is known to have a jet engine and can reach speeds of approximately 400-500 km/h.
The Russian Federation is also using other strike drones with various characteristics, including drones without warheads designed to distract air defense systems.

Additionally, a series of loud explosions occurred in Odesa on April 21, causing damage to civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, an educational institution, and vehicles. According to the head of the 'Radio Technology Center', Serhiy Flesha, all relevant services are engaged in eliminating the consequences of this attack.
Overall, the situation with terrorist attacks on Ukraine is tense, as the occupiers are using new technology - unmanned aerial vehicles that can inflict significant damage on civilian infrastructure and populated areas. The Ukrainian military and relevant services continue to work on protecting the country and minimizing the consequences of such attacks.
