Russia has entered an acute phase of information operations against Ukraine - external intelligence.

The External Intelligence Service reports an active phase of the Kremlin's information operation aimed at eliminating Ukrainian statehood. According to the intelligence agency, the operation is being conducted with the participation of Russian special services, including the FSB, General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Foreign Intelligence Service, under the general coordination of the administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
Its goal is the delegitimization of the Ukrainian authorities, devaluation of democratic institutions and imposition of an external political scenario. For the dissemination of Russian narratives, Western and neutral media are used as proxies. These materials reveal distrust in the Ukrainian government and support the idea that Ukraine is incapable of self-governance.
Among the analyzed channels are Hungarian publications Magyar Nemzet, Magyar Hirlap, and Pesti Srácok, as well as the Polish platform Salon24.pl and the French Réseau International. Some materials are distributed through anonymous accounts on TikTok and YouTube, as well as through social networks and pseudo-documents that question the legitimacy of the Ukrainian authorities.
The operation also includes the infiltration of Kremlin narratives into the influence structures of Ukraine's partner countries with the aim of public discussions about the legitimacy of power and the possibility of negotiations without Ukraine's participation.
This information operation aims to compel Ukraine to politically capitulate.
