Russians maintain high staffing levels of assault groups - Southern Defense Forces.

The Russian army maintains a high level of staffing in assault units
According to the spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, despite significant personnel losses, the Russian army manages to maintain a high level of staffing of assault units at 80-100%.
'Their assault units are staffed from 100% to 80%. This indicates that despite enormous losses, they continue to advance'
According to Voloshyn, the enemy loses 120-150 personnel and about 50-60 units of various equipment and armaments daily on the southern fronts, yet continues active assault actions. The Russians are preparing assault troops at training grounds located in temporarily occupied areas of Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, as well as in Crimea. This tactic of small assault groups has become a priority for the Russian military under current combat conditions.
Russian troops changed tactics due to heavy losses
Voloshyn emphasized that the enemy has changed tactics due to heavy losses during large-scale assaults. Now the Russians use a strategy of constant actions with high dynamics, employing small infantry groups on light motorized equipment. In the south, the Russians are involving virtually all their military personnel.
This new tactic allows the enemy to continue active assault actions despite significant personnel losses.
