Stavridis Warned: Middle East Crisis Threatens Global Oil Supply.

Admiral James Stavridis, the former commander of NATO's Allied Armed Forces in Europe, believes that increasing tensions in the Middle East may halt oil supplies from this region. According to him, massive conflicts between China and the United States, Vladimir Putin in Ukraine, Israel, and Iran in the Middle East create a very dangerous situation reminiscent of the period before the start of World War II. Admiral Stavridis hopes that the new US president will help avoid deadly conflicts and promote peace in the Middle East. He also noted that the challenges the world faces today include the strategic threat from China, the conflict in Ukraine, issues in the Middle East, cybersecurity, and the development of artificial intelligence. Nevertheless, he believes that Americans can overcome any challenges if they unite in support of their president.
