The Ministry of Defense announced reforms of the TCC and SP
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports on plans to reform the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP).
The First Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Havryliuk stated in an interview with 'Ukrinform' that the activities of the TCC will be divided into three areas:
- social work;
- record keeping of those liable for military service;
- preparation of citizens for military service.
'As for the reform, we plan to divide the functions and tasks assigned to the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support into their components,' Havryliuk noted.
The first area will focus on addressing social issues.
The second will focus on the functions of the TCC, such as accounting for reservists and those liable for military service, their call-up for retraining and exercises.
The third component will include training the population for service in the Armed Forces and other law enforcement agencies.
Earlier, the Armed Forces announced a new code of conduct for TCC employees.
