Brave operation by Ukrainian military: destroyed a Russian combat vehicle and dispersed the airborne troops
In a brave operation, Ukrainian military demonstrated their resolve and skill by destroying a Russian airborne combat vehicle (BMD-4) and dispersing enemy airborne troops in a village in the Kursk region of Russia. This was reported by the press service of the Air Assault Forces.
According to the Air Assault Forces, the Russian BMD-4, ignoring the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the territory, insolently broke into the settlement and started shelling residential buildings. The Ukrainian military quickly responded by deploying artillery and FPV drones.
Artillery fire inflicted the first damages on the BMD-4. However, the first attempt to attack with an FPV drone was thwarted by Russian electronic warfare means. Despite this, subsequent drone attacks reached their target, causing additional damage to the combat vehicle. The Russian airborne troops, suffering losses in the form of wounded and concussed, were forced to scatter and seek shelter among the ruins, where they were met by Ukrainian fighters.
It is worth noting that cadets from Russian military schools are taking their exams by shelling villages in the Kursk region.
