Prices for cereals in Ukraine are starting to rise
According to the Minfin portal, the cost of products has recently increased, especially for buckwheat, rice, and pasta.
In particular, buckwheat has become more expensive, with a price of 38.80 UAH/kg in some stores. The average price of buckwheat as of November 13 is 31.15 UAH/kg, compared to 28.74 UAH/kg last month.
Long grain rice is sold for 58.20 UAH/kg. Parboiled rice has become more expensive, going from 66.60 UAH/kg to 74.10 UAH/kg. The price of round rice has increased from 67.78 UAH/kg to 69.47 UAH/kg.
Pasta can be purchased for 33.20 UAH/kg, slightly cheaper than in October. The lowest price is 26.90 UAH/kg at 'Metro' store, and the highest is 41.40 UAH/kg at 'Auchan'.
There is currently a rise in prices for popular cereals in Ukraine.
