In Ukraine, the rules for crossing the border have changed: how to exit after June 1.

In June, new rules came into effect in Ukraine for passenger carriers crossing the border. The Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure introduced an updated control system for the arrival of buses at border crossing points through an electronic queue.
The key change is the mandatory adherence to reserved Time slots by passenger carriers. If the time is not used, sanctions are imposed. Continuous reservation of slots without their use leads to the loss of the right to the electronic queue for a month.
The Ministry explains that these innovations are aimed at eliminating 'dead slots' in the booking system, which caused artificial delays for other border crossing participants.
These new rules are intended to address the problem of long queues at the border, where queues sometimes exceed 10 kilometers. Such jams affect not only freight trucks but also buses with passengers.
Updated booking system
The new electronic booking system was introduced after public discussion and official approval of the changes in June this year.
Ukraine has established new crossing regulations for passenger carriers to prevent delays and facilitate the border crossing process.
Starting from June, new rules for passenger carriers crossing the border were introduced in Ukraine. According to the innovations, passenger carriers must now adhere to reserved time slots, or they risk losing their right to the electronic queue for a month. These changes aim to improve the operation of the booking system and avoid artificial delays for other border crossing participants, as well as to shorten queues and facilitate the process.Read also
