On Monday, July 21, after reports from military officials and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the president held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and the Office team.
According to the leader, the parties finalized the long process of selecting candidates for the appointment of ambassadors of Ukraine.
'I appointed 16 ambassadors. For each, we defined personal tasks and criteria for assessing effectiveness. Today, in the format of a meeting with the ambassadors, we will determine the key priorities of Ukrainian diplomacy for the next six months', Zelensky noted.
Recall that recently Zelensky reported that he received a briefing from Kuleba on the start of work on this year's ambassadors' meeting program.
Earlier, we reported that up to 20 presidential decrees are expected - both on dismissals and on new appointments to the positions of ambassadors.
During the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Office team, the President of Ukraine appointed 16 new ambassadors and defined their tasks and criteria for assessing effectiveness. Key priorities of Ukrainian diplomacy for the next six months were also determined.Read also
