Dismissal without compensation: Ukrainians told who will not receive 'health' payments.

Financial assistance for health during vacation: what employees should know
We meet with news about financial assistance for health during the annual vacation. This assistance is a one-Time social payment received by employees. According to the legislation, it can be obtained based on the employee's application or the approved vacation schedule.
Financial assistance for health, according to the legislation, is a one-time social payment during the annual vacation (or part of it) for the corresponding working year.
But there is one limitation: when dismissed, financial assistance can only be paid if the employee has exercised their right to vacation with subsequent dismissal. The Southeast Interregional Office of the State Labor Service reported this.
In other words, if the employee is dismissed without having exercised their right to vacation and, accordingly, to financial assistance for health in previous years, they will not be able to receive this money after dismissal. Legislation does not provide for the payment of health assistance for past years after the termination of employment relations.
Therefore, if the employee did not exercise their right to vacation and health assistance in previous years and is dismissed, they will not receive this money after dismissal.
