Should we expect a massive attack on the third anniversary of the invasion: the response of the Air Force.

The head of the Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Air Force, Yuriy Ihnat, stated that Ukrainians need to be prepared for a possible massive attack from the enemy on the third anniversary of the invasion, which falls on February 24. However, Russia may strike any day.
He also reported that the Russian side has its plan and designated targets for attacks. Various factors, including weather conditions, are taken into account.
This is something that always happens. The New Year, any symbolic date for the occupier or a symbolic date for Ukraine, for example, Independence Day. We have been waiting - we have been waiting for three years, day by day. We have endured various expectations, 'Oreshniki' and so on - he said.
Ihnat emphasized the need for emergency planning for all families. It is important to know the location of the first aid kit and how to provide first aid. He also highlighted the significance of tactical medicine and first aid courses.
Every family, organization should have some kind of plan in an extreme situation when a critical situation arises. Whether it is a strike, be it a 'Shahed' or a missile, you need to know where the first aid kit is, how to act, and provide first aid. Tactical medicine is very important. Many families are enrolling their children and teenagers in such courses. It is very important; it can save the lives of parents if a tragedy occurs: stop the bleeding, provide first aid. Therefore, we need to prepare. We live in such a Time.
Recall that Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine began around 3:40 on February 24, 2022. The Russian Armed Forces struck the international checkpoint Velika Pysarivka in the Okhtyrka district of the Sumy region, while dozens of cities across the country were hit by missile strikes.
Fierce battles took place near Kyiv on February 26, close to the city of Vasylkiv.
